Description of IRFI-165

IRFI-165 is a potent and selective A 1 adenosine receptor antagonist with a K i of 7.9 nM for rat A 1 AR. IRFI-165 exhibies high selectivity versus A 2A and A 3 receptors. IRFI-165 induces antidepressant activity in vivo. IRFI-165 can be used for the research of psychiatric and neurological disorders [1].
