STAT6-IN-8 is a STAT6 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.45 μmol/L. STAT6-IN-8 exhibits potential anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects. STAT6-IN-8 can be used for the research of atopic dermatitis [1].
In Vitro, STAT6-IN-8 (example 9) (0.1-1 μmol/L) inhibits STAT6 in HEK293 cells with inhibition rates of 10% and 76%, at 0.1 and 1 μmol/L, respectively[1].
