Description

USP8-IN-2 (Compd U52) is a deubiquitinase USP8 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 6.0 μM. USP8-IN-2 also inhibits the proliferation of H1957 cells with an GI50 value of 24.93 μM, respectively.
