As it antagonizes the inhibition of electrically-induced contractions in isolated mouse vas deferens preparations by tetrahydrocannabinol or pravadoline, it may act as a receptor antagonist. The physiological effects of WIN 54,461 in vivo have not been examined. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
