Dilpacimab (ABT165) is a bispecific variable domain immunoglobulin. Dilpacimab binds to and inhibits DLL4 and VEGF and acts as a tumor growth inhibitor. Dilpacimab can be used in research related to metastatic colorectal cancer and advanced solid tumors [1] [2].
In Vivo, When combined with chemotherapeutic agents in preclinical xenograft models, Dilpacimab not only induces a stronger anti-tumor response but also achieves superior efficacy compared to anti-VEGF monotherapy[2].
