Deltamethrin-d5 (Decamethrin-d5) is the deuterium labeled Deltamethrin. Deltamethrin (Decamethrin), a neurotoxic pyrethroid insecticide, produces a reversible sequence of motor symptoms in rats involving hind limb rigidity and choreoathetosis[1][2].
Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process.
