NZ-107 is an orally active leukotriene receptor antagonist. NZ-107 can inhibit anaphylaxis reaction. NZ-107 can be used for the researches of inflammation and immunology [1].
In Vivo, NZ-107 (50 mg/kg for i.p. or 100 mg/kg for p.o.) suppresses 48-h homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis reaction and Histamine -, Leukotriene C4 - and Leukotriene D4 -induced skin reactions in rats[1].
