PROTAC KRAS G12C degrader-2 (compound 432) is a modulator of K-Ras protein drolysis. PROTAC KRAS G12C degrader-2 is a bifunctional compound, which contain on one end a cereblon inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAP) and on the other end a moiety which binds KRAS.
