Description

Suzetrigine N-oxide (the third compound in P57) is a derivative of Suzetrigine. Suzetrigine N-oxide is an inhibitor of voltage-gated sodium channels ( Nav1.8 ) and can be used for research on the treatment of pain, especially neuropathic pain [1].
