Anti-Mouse IFN Beta Antibody (MIB-5E9.1)

Catalog No.: GC79379Purity:>96.00%
Anti-Mouse IFN Beta Antibody (MIB-5E9.1) is an antibody targeting mouse IFN-β. Anti-Mouse IFN Beta Antibody (MIB-5E9.1) blocks the IFN-β signaling pathway, abolishes LPS-induced upregulation of B7H1 and GITRL in dendritic cells, restores dendritic cell-dependent T cell proliferation impaired by LPS exposure, and reverses LPS-induced upregulation of PD-1 on splenic T cells.

製品説明 (Description)

Anti-Mouse IFN Beta Antibody (MIB-5E9.1) is an antibody targeting mouse IFN-β. Anti-Mouse IFN Beta Antibody (MIB-5E9.1) blocks the IFN-β signaling pathway, abolishes LPS-induced upregulation of B7H1 and GITRL in dendritic cells, restores dendritic cell-dependent T cell proliferation impaired by LPS exposure, and reverses LPS-induced upregulation of PD-1 on splenic T cells. Anti-Mouse IFN Beta Antibody (MIB-5E9.1) reduces LPS-induced upregulation of GITR on splenic T cells and inhibits LPS-mediated Treg priming [1].

In Vivo, Anti-Mouse IFN Beta Antibody (MIB-5E9.1) (5 mg/mL; in vitro pretreatment; 2 hours; Treated DCs were injected i.p. into mice) blocks LPS-mediated immunosuppressive effects by increasing Ag-specific CTL priming, reducing PD-1 and GITR expression in T cells, and inhibiting B7H1 and GITRL upregulation in DCs[1].

In Vitro, Anti-Mouse IFN Beta Antibody (MIB-5E9.1) (5 μg/mL; 2 h pre-incubation, 12 h LPS treatment) inhibits LPS-induced B7H1 up-regulation in murine bone marrow-derived dendritic cells[1]. Anti-Mouse IFN Beta Antibody (MIB-5E9.1) (5 μg/mL; 12 h LPS treatment, 3 d co-culture) restores LPS-impaired T cell proliferation induced by murine bone marrow-derived dendritic cells in vitro[1]. Anti-Mouse IFN Beta Antibody (MIB-5E9.1) (5 μg/mL; 2 h pre-incubation, 12 h LPS treatment) inhibits LPS-induced GITRL up-regulation in murine bone marrow-derived dendritic cells[1].
