Description

JZY3221 is an androgen receptor ( AR ) inhibitor. JZY3221 binds to the AR ligand-binding domain to inhibit AR function. JZY3221 constitutes the AR inhibitory moiety of DALTAC JZY3032. JZY3221 is applicable to research related to prostate cancer [1].

In Vitro, JZY3221 exhibits only limited cell growth inhibitory activity in AR-positive 22Rv1 prostate cancer cells[1]. JZY3221 directly binds to purified AR protein[1].
