Description

MARY15 is a pyridinylpiperazine-based derivative of MARY1. MARY15 activates uncoupled mitochondrial respiration and upregulates p-AKT (S473) phosphorylation in renal proximal tubule cells [1].

In Vitro, MARY15 (30 nM; 24 h) activates uncoupled mitochondrial respiration in renal proximal tubule cells, as measured by FCCP-OCR[1]. MARY15 (30 nM; 1 h) upregulates p-AKT (S473) phosphorylation in renal proximal tubule cells[1].
