MitoCLox is a mitochondria-targeted ratiometric fluorescent probe for measuring mitochondrial inner membrane lipid peroxidation [1].
In Vitro, MitoCLox (200 nM; 4 h) is used to detect the level of mitochondrial lipid peroxidation in human MB135 myoblasts (green (480–560 nm) and red (595–640 nm) channels)[1].
