Description

SH-0029 is a SOX10 inhibitor with activity against melanoma. SH-0029 disrupts DNA-binding and transcriptional activity in melanoma. SH-0029 can be used for the research of melanoma [1].

In Vitro, SH-0029 potently inhibits SOX10 function in melanoma cells by disrupting its DNA-binding and transcriptional activity[1].
