DCPT1061 drochloride has a strong inhibitory effect on PRMT1, PRMT6, and PRMT8 in vitro, The epigenetic enzymes such as PRMT3, PRMT4 and PRMT5 had little inhibitory effect. DCPT1061 drochloride has antitumor effects.
