Description of PBF-999

PBF-999 is a phosphodiesterase10A (PDE-10A) and adenosine A2A receptor (A2AR) dual antagonist. PBF-999 binds to and inhibits the activity of PDE-10A, thereby preventing the degradation of cGMP. PBF-999 can be used for the study of solid tumour advanced cancer [1].
