IRF4 ligand-1 is an IRF4 ligand that can be used for the synthesis of PROTACs, such as dIRF4-2 ^[1].

In Vitro, IRF4 ligand-1 is an IRF4 ligand that can be used for the synthesis of PROTACs, such as dIRF4-2. dIRF4-2 is a selective IRF4 PROTAC degrader with a DC₅₀ value of 2.2 μM. dIRF4-2 exhibits anticancer activity against myeloma^[1].
