Cerberin is a kind of cardiac glycosides, which was found in Cerbera odollam [1]. Cerberin causes heart failure by binding and blocking with sodium-potassium pump [1]. Cerberin is cytotoxic to human oral cancer cells, human breast cancer cells and the human lung NCI-H187 carcinogenic cells, with ED50 values of 1.24~1.92μg/mL [2].
