Rolditamig (TQB2102 Antibody) is a recombinant humanized anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 ( HER2 ) antibody. Rolditamig can be conjugated with an enzyme-cleavable linker and a topoisomerase I inhibitor to form the ADC TQB2102. Rolditamig is applicable to research on solid tumors such as HER2-positive breast cancer [1].
