Red fluorescent taxol derivative for direct imaging of the microtubule cytoskeleton. Fluorogenic: fluoresces only once bound to microtubules, enabling hassle-free no-wash experiments. Protocol available. Excitation maximum = 646 nm; emission maximum = 664 nm.
