Tebentafusp (Synonyms: IMCgp100) |
Katalog-Nr.GC70004 |
Tebentafusp (IMCgp100) is a bispecific fusion protein that targets gp100 (a melanoma-associated antigen). Tebentafusp guides T cells to kill tumor cells expressing gp100 through its high-affinity T cell receptor (TCR) binding domain and anti-CD3 T cell binding domain. Tebentafusp induces the production of inflammatory cytokines and cytolytic proteins, resulting in direct lysis of tumor cells.
