Description

DMTr-2'-O-C22-rU-3'-CE-phosphoramidite is an RNA phosphoramidite monomer. DMTr-2'-O-C22-rU-3'-CE-phosphoramidite can be used for the construction and mechanistic studies of nucleic acid molecules [1].

In Vitro, DMTr‑2'-O‑C22‑rU‑3'-CE‑phosphoramidite (compound 111) can be used to site-specifically introduce a lipophilic 2'-O-C22 modification at the uridine site in oligonucleotide synthesis, enabling the construction of double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) molecules capable of extrahepatic delivery[1].
