Thalidomide-O-amido-C4-NH2

Catalog No.: GC33129Purity:>98%Synonyms: Cereblon Ligand-Linker Conjugates 6; E3 Ligase Ligand-Linker Conjugates 19
Thalidomide-O-amido-C4-NH2 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand-linker conjugate (CRBN ligand-linker conjugate) that can be covalently linked to a target protein (POI) ligand to assemble a heterobifunctional PROTAC (Proteolysis Targeting Chimera) molecule, triggering ubiquitination of the target protein and directing protein to proteasomal degradation.

Description

Thalidomide-O-amido-C4-NH2 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand-linker conjugate (CRBN ligand-linker conjugate) that can be covalently linked to a target protein (POI) ligand to assemble a heterobifunctional PROTAC (Proteolysis Targeting Chimera) molecule, triggering ubiquitination of the target protein and directing protein to proteasomal degradation. Thalidomide-O-amido-C4-NH2 can serve as a key synthetic building block for PROTAC molecular design, targeted protein degradation (TPD) platform development, as well as basic research and drug discovery in oncology, immunology, and diseases related to protein homeostasis[1-4].
