Description

PROTAC KAT6 Degrader-1 is a CRBN-dependented KAT6 PROTAC degrader. PROTAC KAT6 Degrader-1 inhibits cancer cells proliferation [1].

In Vitro, PROTAC KAT6 Degrader-1 (Compound 28) (12 nM) shows maximal fold activity ≥7.0 of ternary complex formation[1]. PROTAC KAT6 Degrader-1 inhibits T47D cell proliferation with GI50 of 10.3 nM[1]. (Pink: target protein ligand; Blue: E3 ligase ligand; Black: linker).
