- GC10800Tin protoporphyrin IX dichlorideCAS: 14325-05-4Purity: >95.00%
Tin protoporphyrin IX dichloride (SnPPIX) is a synthetic heme analog that selectively inhibits Heme oxygenase 1 (HO-1) (K i = 11 nM) over HO-2 (IC 50 = 7.5 μM).
- GC11208Zinc protoporphyrin IXCAS: 15442-64-5Purity: >98.00%
Zinc protoporphyrin IX (ZnPP) is a member of metalloporphyrins in which the heme iron is replaced by zinc, which becomes a competitive inhibitor of heme oxygenase 1 (HO-1).
- GC17594Tin Mesoporphyrin IX (chloride)CAS: 106344-20-1Purity: >98.00%
Tin Mesoporphyrin IX (chloride) (Stannsoporfin) is a heme oxygenase (HO) inhibitor being developed for the prevention of hyperbilirubinemia in infants at risk of developing jaundice, extracted from patent WO2011103196A1.
