체외실험에서는 μM 3-TYP 가 패혈증 쥐의 다기관에 대한 pd의 장벽 보호 작용을 차단했다.HUVECs에서, 3-TYP (50 μ M) 감소 PD-mediated F-actin 재분배에 대한 보호, 피 기능 monolayer라 cadherin-catenin 복잡 한 분열, 및 hyperpermeability다.체외 검사에서 3- TYP는 HNK와 비교하여 100 µm에서 lipolysis와 포도당 전달과 관련된 유전자 GLUT4 HNK의 발현이 감소됨을 보였다.또한 3-TYP 또한의 유전자 표현의 증가를 야기 adipocyte-specific cytokines, IL6, resistin, 그리고 TNF-α를 포함 한다.체외에서, 치료는 100 µ M 3-TYP에 분명히 포도당 흡수 억제 3T3-L1 adipocytes 과는 대조적으로 인슐린의 존재에서 통제 가 안 된다.
