Anti-Mouse PD-L1 Antibody

Anti-Mouse PD-L1 Antibody (10F.9G2)는 쥐 PD-L1 (CD274/B7-H1)을 대상으로 하는 IgG2b 항체 억제제이고 숙주는 쥐이다 (Rat). Anti-Mouse PD-L1 Antibody는 동물에서 PD-L1을 차단하는데 사용할 수 있다[2]. PD-L1은 프로그래밍된 사멸-1 (PD-1)의 리간드 중 하나이고 다른 하나는 PD-L2이다. PD-1은 CD28 상과목의 일원이다. PD-1 경로의 억제는 자가면역을 가속화하고 강화한다[3]. PD-1과 그 리간드의 억제제는 면역 검사점 억제제로 통칭되고 T 세포 반응을 강화할 수 있다[4]. PD-L1은 많은 쥐와 인간 암에서 풍부하게 발현되고 IFN-γ 자극하에서 더 많이 상향 조절될 수 있다[5].
