NSD2 ligand 2 is a ligand for target protein for PROTAC that specifically binds to NSD2. NSD2 ligand 2 can be used to synthesize PROTAC MS159 [1].
In Vitro, The ligand of the target protein will cause PROTAC to attach to the target protein for ubiquitination and subsequent degradation.
