ML364 es un inhibidor selectivo de la peptidasa 2 especÍfica de ubiquitina (USP2) (IC50 = 1,1 μM) con actividad antiproliferativa, que se une directamente a USP2 (Kd = 5,2 μM), induce un aumento en la degradaciÓn de la ciclina D1 celular y provoca la detenciÓn del ciclo celular. ML364 aumenta los niveles de ROS mitocondriales y disminuye el contenido intracelular de ATP.
