Anti-IL11 Antibody (X203) (EnX203) is a human-derived IgG1, κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to human IL-11 [1] [2]. Recommend Isotype Controls: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control.
In Vivo, Anti-IL11 Antibody (X203) (20 mg/kg, i.p., twice a week for 2.5 weeks starting from 6 weeks of age) improves renal function and increases lifespan in a mouse model of Alport syndrome (AS)[2].
In Vitro, Anti-IL11 Antibody (X203) (20 μM; 48 h) effectively inhibits IL11-induced downstream STAT3 phosphorylation in Bleomycin -induced mouse nucleus pulposus (NP) cells[1].
