Descripción (Description)

Zocilurtatug pelitecan (ZL-1310) is a blood-brain barrier-penetrating antibody-drug conjugate targeting DLL3. It consists of the antibody component Zocilurtatug and the toxin-linker molecule DL-01. Zocilurtatug pelitecan induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in tumor cells, and inhibits the growth of established human tumors in xenograft models. It can be used in research on extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and neuroendocrine tumors [1] [2].

In Vivo, ZL-1310 (administered intravenously) exhibits dose-dependent inhibition of tumor growth in CDX and PDX mouse models of DLL3-positive small cell lung cancer, with significant intratumoral accumulation of the cytotoxic payload; additionally, it shows stable pharmacokinetic profiles and acceptable tolerability in GLP toxicology studies conducted in rats and non-human primates[1][2].

In Vitro, Zocilurtatug pelitecan (ZL-1310) binds specifically to DLL3 across species but not other Delta family members, and induces internalization, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis in DLL3-expressing tumor cells[1].
