(±)14(15)-DiHET MaxSpec® Standard (Synonyms: (±)14,15-DiHETrE)

Epoxide hydrolases convert the EETs into vicinal diols, with the concurrent loss of much of their biological activity. (±)14(15)-DiHET is the urinary metabolite of (±)14(15)-EET which has been documented by GC-MS to be elevated in pregnancy-induced hypertension.(±)14(15)-DiHET MaxSpec® standard is a quantitative grade standard of (±)14(15)-DiHET that has been prepared specifically for mass spectrometry or any application wherequantitative reproducibility is required. The solution has been prepared gravimetrically and is supplied in a deactivated glass ampule sealed under argon. The concentration was verified by comparison to an independently prepared calibration standard.
