CP-?060 is a potent Ca2+ antagonist, inhibits Ca2+ overload and possesses antioxidant and cardioprotective activities.

CP-?060 (0.5, 5 μM) inhibits rabbit LDL oxidation induced by soybean lipoxygenase by 12.9% and 3.0%, respectively[1].

CP-?060 (100 mg/kg, i.v.) increases the coronary blood flow by 96% in anesthetized dogs[2].
