RIPA Lysis Buffer (Weak) (RIPA Lysis Buffer (Weak)) is a commonly used fast lysis solution for cell tissues. Cells or tissue samples are lysed under non-denaturing conditions to prepare protein samples. The main components of this product are 50mM Tris (pH7.4), 150mM NaCl, 1% NP-40 (ethyl phenyl polyethylene glycol), 0.25% sodium deoxycholate (sodium deoxycholate), and sodium orthovanadate (orthovanadium). Sodium fluoride, sodium fluoride, EDTA, leupeptin and other inhibitors can effectively inhibit protein degradation and maintain the original protein interaction. The protein samples lysed with RIPA Lysis Buffer (Weak) can be used for conventional PAGE, Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP) and co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP), etc. This product can be used for animal and plant cell or tissue samples, as well as fungal or bacterial samples.
