ZYF0033 (HPK1-IN-22، مركب ZYF0033) هو مثبط لإنزيم الكيناز الأساسية في خلايا الدم (HPK1) ، وقد تم اختباره باستخدام IC50 التي تقل عن 10 نانومتر بالاعتماد على دوره في منع تفعيل بروتين MBP. يؤدي استخدام ZYF0033 إلى خفض فسفرة SLP76 (سيرين 376). كذلك، يحفِّز ZYF0033 ردود المناعة المضادة للسرطان. يؤدي استخدام ZYF0033 إلى قَصْر نمو الأورام في نموذج فئران 4T-1 وزيادة التشغيلات الخلايا DC و NK و CD107a+CD8+ T داخل أورامها، لكنه يُقَصِّر التشغيلات لـ T cells, PD-1+CD8+ T cells, TIM-3+CD8+ T cells and LAG3+CD8+.
