ZYF0033（HPK1-IN-22、化合物ZYF0033）は、造血幹細胞キナーゼ1（HPK1）阻害剤であり、MBPタンパク質のリン酸化抑制作用に基づくIC50は10 nM未満です。ZYF0033はSLP76（セリン376）のリン酸化を低下させます。ZYF0033は抗がん免疫反応を促進します。ZYF0033は4T-1同種マウスモデルで腫瘍成長を抑制し、DC、NK細胞およびCD107a + CD8 + T細胞の腫瘍内浸潤を増加させますが、T細胞、PD-1 + CD8 + T細胞、TIM-3 + CD8 + T細胞およびLAG3 + CD8+ T 細胞の浸潤を減少させます。
