If a cuvette is used for detection, 0.1 mL of standard substance needs to be added to each tube. Calculated based on 3 repetitions, at least 300 μL of each concentration must be prepared.
The standard diluent is a solution in which the protein sample is dissolved. In principle, the standard should be diluted in whatever solution the protein sample is in. But it can also be diluted with 0.9% NaCl or PBS.

This standard can be used as a protein concentration calibration standard solution in BCA, Bradford or other protein determination experiments, for the establishment of standard curves and calibration controls. The concentration of this standard is 2 mg/mL.
