Glycerol Jelly Mounting Medium

Instructions for use:

1. Samples of adherent cells:

A. After dyeing, absorb all the liquid.

B. Drop a drop of glycerol gelatin sealing solution onto a glass slide, cover it with a cover glass with cells, and let the cells come into contact with the sealing solution, avoiding bubbles as much as possible.

C. Subsequently, the cell sample can be observed under a microscope.

2. Tissue slicing:

A. After dyeing, absorb all the liquid.

B. Drop a drop of glycerol gelatin sealing solution onto the tissue slice, cover it with a cover glass, and let the slice come into contact with the sealing solution, avoiding bubbles as much as possible.

C. Subsequently, tissue sections can be observed under a microscope.

3. Other samples:

For other samples, refer to adherent cell samples or tissue sections for operation.

Notes:

The sealing solution is solid when the temperature is low. Before use, it must be incubated at 37-50 ℃ and used after complete dissolution.

You need to bring your own cover glass and slide.
