Preparación de hidrogel de óxido de grafeno reducido (rGO)[1]
Este protocolo solo proporciona una guía y debe modificarse de acuerdo con sus necesidades específicas.
1. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose se preparó disolviendo la Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose a temperatura ambiente con agitación constante usando un agitador magnético a 150 rpm durante 6 horas.
2. En otro vaso de precipitados, el rGO se diluyó en solución acuosa para formar una concentración de 2 mg/ml.
3. El rGO en solución acuosa se sonicó a continuación usando un sonicador de sonda durante 2h a un 50% de magnitud con un baño de hielo circundante.
4. El rGO en solución acuosa se mezcló luego con Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose seguido de agitación durante 1 hora. El hidrogel rGO se preparó de esta manera.
