Protocol of Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose

Préparation de l'hydrogel de graphène oxyde réduit (rGO)[1]

Ce protocole fournit seulement une lignée directive et doit être modifié en fonction de vos besoins spécifiques.

1.L'hydrogel de Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose a été préparé en dissolvant de Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose dans de l'eau déionisée à température ambiante, avec un agitation constante à l'aide d'un agitateur magnétique à 150rpm pendant 6 heures.

2.Dans un autre bécher, rGO a été dilué dans une solution aqueuse pour former une concentration de 2mg/mL.

3.rGO en solution aqueuse a été ensuite soniqué à l'aide d'un sonicateur à sonde pendant 2 heures à une amplitude de 50% avec un bain de glace environnant.

4.rGO en solution aqueuse a été mélangé à l'hydrogel de Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, suivi d'une agitation pendant 1 heure. L'hydrogel de rGO a été préparé de cette manière.
