Le PNPP (Para-nitrophényl phosphate) disodique est un substrat chromogénique non protéinique pour les phosphatases alcalines et acides utilisées dans les dosages ELISA et spectrophotométriques conventionnels.
Products are for research use only. Not for human use. We do not sell to patients.
Cas No.: 4264-83-9
Sample solution is provided at 25 µL, 10mM.
PNPP is a non-proteinaceous chromogenic substrate for alkaline and acid phosphatases used in ELISA and conventional spectrophotometric assays.
Phosphatases catalyze the hydrolysis of PNPP liberating inorganic phosphate and the conjugate base of para-nitrophenol (pNP). The resulting phenolate is yellow, with a maximal absorption at 405 nm[1].
