L-Ascorbic Acid 2-phosphate (magnesium salt) es un derivado estable de VC(vitamina C)[1].Puede estimular la expresión y formación de colágeno[2].
L-Ascorbic Acid 2-phosphate (magnesium salt) (100-500μM; 24 h) atenúa la apoptosis inducida por MeHg al aliviar el daño del ADN medidado por ROS en las células SH-SY5Y[3]. L-Ascorbic Acid 2-phosphate (magnesium salt) (0.25-1mM) reprimió la expresión de la proteína dickkopf-1 inducible por DHT(DKK-1) inducida ppor DHT[4]. L-Ascorbic Acid 2-phosphate (magnesium salt) (250μM; 5-60min)con FGF-2 indujo una proliferación óptima de las células madre mesenquimales de médula ósea humana(BMSC) y aumentó la tasa de acumulación de número deBMSC durante un período de cultivo de 2 meses[5].El ARNm de IGF-1 en el medio acondicionado de las células DP aumentó significativamente después del tratamiento con L-Ascorbic Acid 2-phosphate (magnesium salt),inducible IGF-1 por L-Ascorbic Acid 2-phosphate (magnesium salt) de las células DP promueve la proliferación de queratinocitos foliculares y estimula el crecimiento del folículo piloso fuera del cuerpo a través de PI3K[6].
L-Ascorbic Acid 2-phosphate (magnesium salt) regula las interacciones mesenquimal-epiteliales en el folículo piloso y promueve el crecimiento del cabello en modelos de los ratones[7].
