L-ASCORBIC ACID 2-PHOSPHATE (MAGNESIUM SALT)(100-500μM;24時間)は、SH-SY5Y細胞のROS媒介性DNA損傷を緩和することにより、MeHg誘導性アポトーシスを弱める[3]。L-ASCORBIC ACID 2-PHOSPHATE (MAGNESIUM SALT)(0.25-1mM)は、ジヒドロテストステロン(DHT)誘導性DHT誘導性ジッコフ-1(DKK-1)タンパク質発現を抑制した[4]。L-ASCORBIC ACID 2-PHOSPHATE (MAGNESIUM SALT)(250μM;5-60分)とFGF-2の同時処理は、ヒト骨髄間葉系幹細胞(BMSC)の最適な増殖を誘導し、2ヶ月間の培養期間中にBMSC数の蓄積率を増加させた[5]。毛乳頭(DP)細胞のIGF-1 mRNAはアップレギュレーションされ、DP細胞の馴化培地中のIGF-1タンパク質は、L-ASCORBIC ACID 2-PHOSPHATE (MAGNESIUM SALT)、L-ASCORBIC ACID 2-PHOSPHATE (MAGNESIUM SALT)-DP細胞からの誘導性IGF-1で処理した後、濾胞性ケラチノサイトの増殖を促進し、PI3Kを介してin vitroで毛包の成長を刺激する[6]。
