Seclidemstat (SP-2577) is a potent LSD1 inhibitor, with a mean IC50 of 127 nM.
Seclidemstat (Compound 2577) reduces tumor volume at 40, 80 mg/kg by i.p. and also shows such effect at 80 mg/kg via p.o. dosing.
