Description of TRPC6-PAM-C20

Selective TRPC6 positive allosteric modulator. Selectively activates TRPC6 over other TRP channels. Also activates TRPA1. Induces transient increase in intracellular Ca2+ in HEK cells expressing TRPC6 (EC50 = 2.37 μM). Potentiates OAG (1-oleoyl-1-acetyl-sn-glycerol)-induced Ca2+ influx in human platelets, and enhances OAG-induced platelet aggregation.
