Description of 4A3-SC7

4A3-SC7 is an ionizable cationic lipid that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA and single-guide RNA (sgRNA) in vitro and in vivo. LNPs containing 4A3-SC7 selectively accumulate in mouse liver. LNPs containing 4A3-SC7 have been used to induce gene editing in a mouse model of alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.
