Delivery
- Delivery will be initiated within 24 hours if your requested items are available in stock and the transit time is approximately 2-3 business days.
- In the event items are out of stock, we will arrange replenishment within 24 hours and we will keep you informed of the delivery status via email or phone.
- The shipping and handling fee is 35USD/50USD for Fedex Overnight / Fedex International service.
- Packages and products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Notification of damage, shortage or defects should be sent to us immediately by e-mail or fax.
Overnight Delivery
- Purchase orders should be sent to us by 2:30 p.m. (US central time) for customers who require overnight delivery.
- The overnight delivery is subject to the stock status. We appreciate your kind understanding in this matter.

Free delivery is guaranteed with order exceeds $500 USD(US. domestic)
Free delivery is guaranteed with order exceeds 1000 USD(International) ≤15vials, extra $50 cost ≥15 vials
Domestic Shipments
In most instances we ship Standard Overnight Delivery (not available to all locations), with delivery by 4:30 PM of the next business day. Other shipping options will be considered upon request, but can be granted only under conditions that will ensure the quality of the product.
International Shipments
GLPBIO uses FedEx International Priority courier services for all worldwide destinations. FedEx International Priority courier services guarantee delivery time approximately 3-5 business days. Orders can be placed through our distributor, or directly with our Customer Service Department. For direct orders, customers are responsible for providing correct import documentation by the time of shipment. In most instances, transit time is 2-3 days. Any product issues due to shipment delays caused by improper import documentation will not be replaced by GLPBIO. Any delays due to courier issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.
Returns
- Products cannot be returned for credit or replaced if due to a customer's error. Please contact our Customer Service department for resolution of any problems or errors involving an order.
- Freight is prepaid and added to the invoice. Please inquire at the time of order for an estimate of the freight charges. Please supply a valid account number when ordering if you wish to ship with your own account.
- GLPBIO reserves the right to select the packaging and shipping method for your order, which will ensure the stability of product and efficient tracing.
- Taxes may be applicable at country of destination for overseas order. The taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient/buyer and therefore covered by the recipient/buyer.
