Biotinyl-ε-aminocaproyl-D-Phe-Pro-Arg-chloromethylketone |
Catalog No.GA20861 |
Biotinylated derivative of PPACK (N-1065), a potent irreversible inhibitor of thrombin, tissue plasminogen activator (tPA), factor VIIa, and factor Xa. The inhibitor covalently binds to the enzymes and thereby inactivates them. Bound biotin allows reaction with avidin under a variety of different conditions. A procedure has for example been developed to remove active enzyme from zymogen preparations.
