Suc-Ala-Ala-Pro-Leu-pNA는 아실 아미다제 유사 류신 아미노펩티다제에 의해 가수분해될 수 있는 인간 정액(HSP) 내의 일종의 펩티딜 p-니트로아닐리드 기질이다. Suc-Ala-Ala-Pro-Leu-pNA 아미돌리틱 활성은 아마스타틴 및 악티노닌과 같은 일부 단백질분해효소 억제제에 의해 억제될 수 있다[1]. 최근 연구에 따르면 일부 무정자증 시료에서 매우 높은 Suc-Ala-Ala-Pro-Leu-pNA 아미돌리틱 활성을 보였고 무정자증의 가능한 원인과 관련이 있을 수 있다[2].
