Description of Quercetin D5

Quercetin D5는 천연 화합물 케르세틴의 중수소 대체 내부 기준이고 그 화학 구조는 케르세틴과 기본적으로 같지만 A환의 5개 수소(H) 원자가 5개 중수소(D) 원자로 대체된다는 점이 다르다. Quercetin D5와 천연 케르세틴의 특이적질량 분광학 이온쌍을 관찰하고 그 반응비를 계산해서 매우 정밀하고 정확한 표준곡선을 구축할 수 있고 생물학적 시료에서 매우 낮은 농도(나노그램/mL 수준)의 케르세틴의 절대정량이 가능하다[2, 3].

Quercetin D5를 내부 기준으로 사용하면 경구 투여 후 흰쥐의 혈장과 조직에서 케르세틴의 농도를 정확하게 측정할 수 있고 신뢰할 수 있는 약동학적 매개변수를 계산할 수 있다[4]. 케르세틴은 항염증, 항알레르기, 항바이러스, 심혈관계 보호 및 항암 활성 등 다양한 연구 분야에서 응용되는 천연 플라보노이드 화합물이다[5].
